The Sicilian's Bought Bride (Harlequin Presents, #2589) - Carol Marinelli Good Sister and Good Brother get married to take care of the orphaned child of Bad Sister and Bad Brother, though of course Good Brother thinks Good Sister is Bad. This started out in a really dated, conventional way that put me off, but it gets more plausible and realistic as it goes along. I especially liked Catherine's lack of instant maternal feelings for her niece. The personal and health issues pile on s bit, but the medical details around pregnancy and miscarriage are unusually solid.
