This book inspired a new tag: "words have meanings." It's not that it was terrible... these days, we've all seen terrible. But there were sections where it was obvious that the author wasn't paying attention to what she was writing, and it drove me kind of nuts.
I also felt there was a waste of tragic back-story, because very little was really said about it, just the bare bones. Most of the actual story happened in the past, Diana Palmer style. ( I swear, Leigh is just Palmer on something.)
