I seem to be having a run of one of my least favorite romance scenarios, heroine chasing after not very appealing hero. I liked this nonetheless; I enjoyed the conflict between the main characters (often an iffy point in Roberts books, for me) and the general set-up of the runaway princess discovering a new passion for archeology was a good backdrop for the romance. This is also a "heroine cleans everything up and makes it nice" story, for those who like that sort of thing.
